Whenever he begins a new project, Matt will reflect and draw on lessons learned from previous Woodhull homes aiming to perform each job better than the last. Matt has been on our team for over five years, starting as an Apprentice Carpenter and working his way to Lead Carpenter. He aims to solve problems collaboratively by playing to the strengths of his team. His consideration for the different skills, experiences, and approaches of our team members helps keep up the quality and speedy execution of our work. 

Matt gravitates towards teaching himself new things in all aspects of his life. He has taught himself to play several different instruments, finding the process recharges him and gets him into a good flow state for the week. When he’s not playing music or building homes, you can catch him in the kitchen, baking something delicious.
