Teresa Telander
Director | Residential Operations
As Director of Residential Operations, Teresa is the “glue” for all things residential. She provides guiding oversight to residential design, construction, and millwork operations, works to facilitate successful and consistent outcomes, and manages overarching project scheduling. Clients will interact with Teresa at the outset of their project, and then once the design team is underway, she provides a background supporting role for all projects.
Teresa was trained as an architect at the University of Brighton and London Metropolitan University in the UK, where she spent 11 years studying and working at architectural firms. Once arriving in Portland, Teresa joined an award-winning Portland-based architecture firm and was with them for nine years before joining Woodhull. A dual citizen and travel lover, she’s enjoyed formative experiences in construction in Arizona, Costa Rica, and New Zealand, and she speaks three languages: English, Spanish, and Swedish.
In the warmer months, Teresa can often be found with her husband and two sons on their old wooden lobster boat, Little Steve, cruising around Casco Bay.
