Flemming has grown into his role as Project Manager while maintaining the precision and craftsmanship that first defined his career as a carpenter and boatbuilder. With years of experience at the Maine Yacht Center and Brooklin Boatyard, he brings a deep understanding of materials, construction, and design to every project he oversees. His thoughtful approach to interpreting blueprints and anticipating challenges ensures that projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards.

Flemming is widely respected for his collaborative and approachable style. He fosters strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, making complex projects enjoyable and successful for everyone involved. Some of his favorite work highlights the home’s connection to the land and celebrates the distinctive beauty of Maine living.

An avid sailor, Flemming finds inspiration and perspective on the open ocean. When he’s not guiding projects to completion, he enjoys boating and relaxing with his family on White Island, a serene slice of Maine off the coast of Deer Island.
