Architectural Designer II

Thea’s background spans construction management, design, and architecture. A graduate of Tulane University, her career began in construction management, focusing on adaptive reuse projects. She later transitioned to design at a construction tech startup before gaining experience in architecture, working on ground-up hospitality, mixed-use residential, and office developments. Inspired by how buildings shape personal experiences and energized by the design process, Thea is delighted by the unexpected qualities of space that emerge as a building is collaboratively realized between architecture and construction. With a focus on context-sensitive design, she enjoys working on projects of all types and sizes.
