Jim O’Brion is a Lead Carpenter at Woodhull with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship shaped by his early work remodeling historic homes on the North Shore of Massachusetts. He developed a strong respect for quality work that stands the test of time and brings that approach to every project.

After returning to Maine, Jim restored homes, led residential remodeling projects, and managed his own property management company. At Woodhull, he oversees complex residential renovations with a focus on thoughtful execution and lasting results.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys time at his historic farmhouse in Raymond and on Little Sebago with his family. He values hands-on traditions like weaving baskets, boiling maple syrup, and gardening, which keep him connected to the natural landscape around him.
