Nate leads our northern carpentry team aiming to bring a sense of camaraderie and fun to our job sites. He appreciates the projects that present unique challenges where the team can express its skills and elevate the work through technical carpentry elements. His ability to look ahead and zero in on details big and small has earned him a reputation as a creative problem solver.     

Nate’s creative streak started early, leading him to major in English and minor in Photography in college. With Maine’s mountains calling him back home after graduating, he spent a season as a self-described “ski bum” at Sugarloaf Mountain. Afterward, deciding to stay close to home, Nate was drawn into the building trades through working at Hodgdon Yachts, finding that his skills were a good fit for woodworking and carpentry. He’s been working with his hands ever since.
