Peter Floeckher

Peter serves as Director of Residential Construction at Woodhull, where he has led the company’s build program since 2016. He spearheads all divisional efforts, from client relations and project development to business management and innovation. Over his 25-year career, Peter has built and managed the construction of homes throughout New England, from Martha’s Vineyard and the Berkshires to the Green Mountains and throughout Maine. He has successfully developed projects ranging from interior renovations to historic restorations, light commercial fit-ups to dynamic new builds on challenging sites.

For Peter, establishing a strong level of trust with clients drives his work. “For many people, building or renovating a home is one of the most significant investments, both financially and emotionally, they’ll ever make. Building trust from day one is critical. Getting to know people through informative, transparent, and honest conversation is where I like to start.”
