Ted is a hands-on project manager who prioritizes on-site coordination and clear, proactive communication. He works closely with our carpentry teams and design partners to ensure every specification is met and the design intent is executed with precision. Ted is skilled at anticipating challenges in real-time and remains highly responsive to the needs of clients, carpenters, and subcontractors alike.

Ted’s management style is rooted in a technical background. He began his career field-training at Chernisky Residential Design/Build in Ohio before relocating to Maine, where he gained extensive experience building custom homes along the Midcoast. This transition from craftsman to manager allows him to maintain a rigorous standard for site safety, organization, and architectural integrity.
