Jen Horton is Woodhull’s People Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of HR expertise to the team. With a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Husson University and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University, Jen has a strong foundation in HR principles. She further honed her skills with a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Maine and holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

A passionate outdoor enthusiast, Jen loves exploring the rugged beauty of Maine’s Bold Coast, from Machias to Lubec. Hiking the Cutler Coast trails is a particular favorite. When she’s not adventuring with her husband and their Agouti Husky puppy, Jen can be found indulging in another of her passions: sampling the culinary delights New England has to offer, especially ice cream.
