Lead Carpenter | Small Projects

Ian Duncan is a Lead Carpenter on the Small Projects team. He has 10+ years of frame-to-finish experience working in Southern Maine.  As a Lead Carpenter, Ian uses his strong background in carpentry to oversee every aspect of a construction project, from planning to execution. His goal is to communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure that the project stays on schedule and is completed with the utmost quality.  When he is not working he enjoys getting outdoors. You can often find him golfing, hiking, or hanging out at the beach. When the snow falls, he loves to ski and heads for the mountains any chance he gets.
