Pre Construction Manager | Residential Construction

As Pre-Construction Manager, Leon’s work entails communicating construction costs and timing for residential design-build projects. He solicits bids and uses historical pricing data and his experience to provide clients and designers with reliable information that keeps projects on budget.

After earning a degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Maine, Leon owned a woodworking shop. When he’s not sailing Penobscot Bay, you can find him renovating his home, gardening, or helping out as the Cub Scout Leader of his son’s pack.
