He collaborates with the pre-construction team to ensure a seamless transition from planning to execution. Mark provides the team with the resources they need to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. Once construction begins, Mark and the Superintendent work closely to ensure that the design team’s and client’s vision and expectations are met.
