Partner | Principal Architect

As Principal Architect, Patrick leads a team of talented architects and designers to develop projects for a diverse clientele. Patrick studied architecture at Miami University in Ohio before receiving his Master’s at Washington University in St. Louis and spending a semester abroad in Argentina.

Patrick brings over 15 years of experience across residential, commercial, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use developments. Since joining Woodhull, he has contributed to a range of projects—from historic rehabilitation to hospitality and multi-family developments— and is skilled at navigating the complexities of permitting, code compliance, consultant coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Patrick found himself submerged in the craft early on. His father taught a college course on art and music’s influence on architecture. The dream was solidified at 12 years old during a visit to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater.“The moment I realized it was even better than I imagined was when they told the story of the homeowners who contracted Wright to build the home. They wanted the focus of the house to be around a stone where they sunbathed and spent most of their time. Wright built around that stone, making it the hearth of the home.”

One of his favorite places in Maine to find inspiration is Baxter State Park, where he finds the challenging Knife’s Edge trail to be one of the most rewarding views. At home, Patrick enjoys playing piano and spending time with his wife and two children.
