DESIGNS BUILT FOR LIFE
Thoughtful Residential Architecture & Construction
Every home design is a product of collaboration, from first ideas to move-in day. We endeavor to leave a legacy of quality and craftsmanship that our clients can appreciate for years to come.
Whether it’s a family island home or a hidden camp in the Maine woods, we’re creating spaces to be lived in, to adapt, and last a lifetime.

1
Quality takes priority
We create homes to be functional today and tomorrow. That means creating quality spaces using sustainable, durable materials in timeless designs. If this feels right to you, let’s get on the phone.
2
Sharing information
We want to hear about you, your project, the dream, the background, your thoughts on budget and timeline. Our goal is to set realistic expectations for all of us.
3
Site Visit
The lot you build on will impact everything from the design and layout to the resources used to build it. A Principal Architect will meet with you on site at to get a sense of this place you love and the possibilities.
4
Project Brief
Like any collaboration, there needs to be chemistry. It’s about trust. If both our team and you feel we are a fit, we’ll move forward with an informal proposal to ensure we’re all on the same page, including details about what follows.
5
Kick-Off
You will meet the team responsible for crafting your dream home: designers, architects, and construction and millwork experts. Together, they’ll work seamlessly, united by a shared vision and commitment to your project.
6
The project is underway
With your program, investment and timeline goals, you and your team will embark on a collaborative journey to design a home that is fully realized through meticulous construction and millwork. Drawings will be reviewed by our pre-construction teams throughout the design process for feedback on investment options and constructability, ensuring your vision is brought to life with precision and care.
Sustainability embedded in design
Energy-efficient homes are our standard, and we try to source materials as close to the project site as possible, but sustainability goes beyond double-studded walls and local resources. We believe that a building has to enhance the life lived there. It has to be admired, or it won’t be kept standing, and all of those hours and materials will go to waste. We design and we build beautiful spaces for generations to follow.
