Will’s highest priorities as Lead Carpenter are ensuring a safe job site, creating an efficient workflow, and producing quality craftsmanship. Once he has a chance to understand the drawings and specifications, he focuses on coordinating a clear plan of execution. He strives to plan ahead so that the right skills are in the right places at the right times.

Coming to Woodhull with a solid foundation gained from years of working on homes in Massachusetts, Will brings experience not only in carpentry but also in outdoor education and sustainability. His favorite moments in projects are when he can combine his interests and nerd out on energy-saving details like double-stud walls.

When he’s not swinging a hammer, Will can be found exploring midcoast Maine at special spots like Five Islands Lobster Co and Reid State Park.
